Winsford Waterfront Regeneration Strategy Download PDF.

Aim:  The aim of this strategy is to explore the feasibility of a range of regeneration opportunities on the Winsford waterfront and provide costed and phased proposals for the delivery of these projects.

Scope:  The study area covers on an area in the centre of Winsford focussing upon the Weaver Navigation and Bottom Flash.

Content:  The approach to the strategy is based on the following four stages of development:
• Baseline review (builds on existing CCC baseline study)
• Project identification & appraisals (identifies and appraises both existing and aspirational projects)
• Project shortlisting & framework (production of a strategic masterplan)
• Delivery & implementation strategy (accompanied by a delivery framework setting out broad costs)
