Marina Development (Hayhurst Quay)

The regeneration of the marina area in Northwich Town centre is being led through a joint venture between the Canal & River Trust (formerly British Waterways) and Bloc.  The development plans to include a Waitrose, 40 berth marina, waterside leisure facilities and a 58 home block of extra care housing.
